ども ありがとうございます チカさん

I got told today that we spend 60 - 70% of our conscious time eating.
Hmm. And can anyone tell me, if we were to cook humans, will the dish appear as red meat, or white?
And why are red meat red, and white meat white? As in, what determines an animal to be ya know, red or white?
