On the most recent post of Johnson Banks thought of the week, they've started an exercise on improving logos that aren't that pleasant to even take a crap on.
The catch is no cheating. They have to improve this logo without altering the fundamental elements eg., colour, shape, font, symbols.

They might as well call this the 'Why Your Designer Suck and Let Us Show You Why' exercise. I find it quite selfish to just take someone else's work at face value and critic them without understanding the real process behind the original design.

Then again, my new creative director did mention at the end of the day, no one cares about your process and story; you always get judged by the final product. Shit work, shit designer.

Nevertheless, it's always interesting to see the working minds of Johnson Banks.
