There's something fishy about this sushi.


I'm sure by now we're all familiar with the Taiwanese CGI news report.
I came across this recent one about the so called 'Sushi Police' in Japan. Basically the sushi federation (yea, that's right, federation) is planning to issue 'authenticate sushi certificates' to foreign chefs. Apparently this clip is a huge exaggeration of their main intention of regulating the handling of sushi.
However, I do agree with the end part where they question Japan's own behaviour of bastardising food from other countries.
And also, do foreigners really care about authentic sushi?
